This frozen unpeeled lansones or botanically known as lansium parasiticum fruit has a sweet-sour burst of flavour in each segment, akin to a citrus pith but more pleasant.
Known as Langsat (depending on variant) to Malaysians and Indonesians, Longkong in Thailand, and Lanzones/Lansones to the Filipinos. If you have not tried these flavour bombs, they are like sour-sweet grapes of the tropics with fruit segments.
Each pack comes in a 400g bunch of unpeeled frozen lansones, vaccuum sealed. Try these sweet-sour lansones/langsat from Davao in The Philippines.
